Why are our baiting and spraying services are so effective?
We block off all possible entry points into your home for ants, flys, spiders, mosquitoes, cockroaches and mice… so for example, on the inside we would treat your ceilings & wall joins, and externally would be under eaves and gutters, around doors & windows and around the base of external walls etc.

How much does it cost for a general pest control treatment?
Our services are very fairly priced. We work on volume of customers which means we can offer better prices then our competitors for the same treatment, because we buy our chemicals in bulk for a better price, and pass that saving directly onto you.
A general spray treatment will last 9 months and varies between just $95 and $195, depending on the size or your home. Larger homes over 200sqm will cost more, so please call for a quote if your home is above average.
Please note: You will need to vacate the house for 4 hrs after the treatment, and wipe down any food surfaces upon your return to the home, along with opening the windows for ventilation.
Combining pest treatment with house inspections:
Ask about the discount rate for a treatment when combined with a moisture or leaky building test! We can write the inspection treatment into your report if you are selling the home, allowing the buyer to move into a ‘bug free’ house. Our experience tells us that every little extra peace of certainty for the purchaser goes along way towards selling your house… and it also shows you put effort into the up keep of the property.
