If you can visibly see water in areas that it simply shouldn’t be, then you most likely have an underground water leak. The other obvious sign is an increased water bill in your letterbox. If this is the case, please take these steps before calling…

1) Close off any mains water intake valves in your home (like behind the toilet and the cold water inlet at the hot water tank).

2) Find your water meter at the road and see if the meter is still running. If the last number on the series of numbers is still rotating, you have a leak.

3) Contact someone to pin point the leak before digging up your garden or driveway.
